Pure Recycle strengthens partnership with Dutch tech Company Tible
Pure Recycle Oy has expanded its collaboration with its Dutch partner Tible B.V. This strategic partnership combines Pure’s reverse vending machine (RVM) with Tible’s powerful ReverseVendingCollector.com software platform, creating an end-to-end solution for the rapidly growing circular economy in Europe. The collaboration covers three areas: product development, go-tomarket actions and Tible’s minority investment in Pure Recycle.
Three-pillar partnership strategy
The product development cooperation includes the integration of Pure Recycle’s RMVMs into Tible’s software platform, the development of remote management features and the implementation of quality systems.
The goal of the joint go-to-market actions of Pure and Tible is to open several European countries to the companies’ joint offering. The cooperation includes extensive measures to improve awareness and new customer acquisition.
To strengthen the cooperation, Tible Group BV has acquired a minority stake of approximately 12% in Pure Recycle Oy in a directed share issue.
